Wellnoba

Wellnoba is a participatory social contribution initiative involving all employees of the SCSK Group. The program is implemented via activities that fall under the following three categories. The goal is for it to be an initiative that everyone feels free to participate in and wants to participate in.

Activities that support all people based on “Respecting each other,” which is one of Our Promises under our Corporate Philosophy

Activities that mitigate the impact of business activities on the environment and society

Activities that mitigate the negative impact of the SCSK Group’s business activities on the environment and society and maximize the Group’s positive impact as a corporate citizen

Activities that utilize skills and knowledge acquired through business activities and work

Activities that contribute to solutions to social issues by using the skills and knowledge acquired through the SCSK Group’s business activities and work so the Group can give back to society.

What is Wellnoba?

The Wellnoba initiative was named in the hopes that it would be an initiative that enables all of our officers and employees to impact both society and our individual employees in a good way (well) through the following three types of opportunities (ba in Japanese): opportunities to connect with local communities and contribute to society through an understanding of social issues, opportunities to interact with local communities and play an active role both inside and outside the company, and opportunities to feel a sense of self-realization and achievement through social contribution activities.
