The figure above shows how the filling pressure results from the resin flow software are mapped as analysis conditions for ADVENTURECluster. Customers who have installed Builder/Visual (pre-post) can use the standard features of the mapping tool Collabo free of charge.
By using the mapping tool Collabo, ADVENTURECluster can perform coupled analysis with various software. The figure below shows main analysis examples. For example, in cases where accurate temperature distribution is important in order to understand mold damage during the manufacturing process, we work with specialized software that can accurately reproduce the temperature history of resin molding and casting processes. In cases that require analysis using composite materials, which are increasingly being adopted these days, we work with software that can reproduce correct fiber orientation information and residual stress.
