EneTrack is trading platform for Japanese I-RECs.
I-RECs provide end-users with legitimate claims and offer revenue
opportunities for
electricity generators.
SCSK contributes to the realization of a decarbonized society by
facilitating the
circulation of I-RECs.
In order to achieve a decarbonized society, we recognize that an increasing number of
companies are choosing to consume renewable electricity by establishing private power
generation facilities and purchasing renewable electricity.
Among the many options for renewable energy, what is currently attracting the attention of
such companies is the purchase of Zero Emission RECs.
SCSK is working to promote the distribution of I-RECs with the aim of contributing to the global
environment.
EneTrack is trading platform for Japanese I-RECs.
On EneTrack, we provide online services for trading and tracking of I-RECs, such as (1) Issuing, (2)
Transferring, and (3) Redeeming I-RECs.
On EneTrack, we offer three services in order to provide attributes certified with high validity.

Issuance： Attribute Certification Service
After the audit by Issure, attributes (electricity generation-related imformation) are registerd as I-RECs in trading accounts.
02.
Transfer ： Change of Name Service
When the rights are transferred, the name of the I-RECs will be changed from the RE generators to the consumer companies.
03.
Redemption ： Attribute Assignment Service
I-RECs are Redeemed and transferred from Trading Accounts to Redemption Accounts.
Redemption Statements will be issued in PDF format so that end-users can use them for reporting to
International Initiatives.

*1 For each transaction, a fixed transaction fee and a variable transaction fee, depending on the type of transaction, will be combined and charged.
In addition, separate from the transaction fees, the certificate price set by the electricity generator will be billed.
*2 Private Transaction (OTC) = An I-REC trade that is conducted directly between individual parties without going through a public marketplace.
Public Transaction= An I-REC trade that is conducted through a public marketplace.
You can issue I-RECs for electricity generated in Japan.
You can purchase I-RECs issued in Japan.
I-RECs issued in Japan can only be used to report on each initiative as proof of attributes of electricity consumed in Japan.
Currently, EneTrack is only available to companies registered in Japan. We are considering allowing companies not registered in Japan to use EneTrack, but as of July 2023, the exact start date has not been determined.

As a renewable energy generator, you must complete the Registrant Registration and Power Generation Facility Registration to the Japanese Issuer. You can apply through 'this page(Website Available Only in Japanese)' to Local Good, the Japanese Issuer of I-REC. Additionally, please submit a power of attorney to the Issuer, delegating tasks such as I-REC issuance application to SCSK.
