Through the help desks of SCSK’s overseas bases, we provide support for a variety of operations at customers’ overseas bases, including the operation of IT infrastructures, help desks and system's troubleshooting. With our experience and expertise backed by our extensive track record of providing support globally, we are ready to support customers with handling issues and requirements that are specific to overseas operations. We can also provide global help desk services through close cooperation between SCSK and its overseas bases, through control in Japan.

Point. 1Use of local help desks
At overseas bases of SCSK, we provide support for customers’ operations in Japanese and English (and also in Chinese in China). We can also support customers flexibly, reflecting the situation in each country, customers’ issues on IT infrastructure operation at their overseas bases.
Point. 2Global help desks controlled in Japan
We have established the function of controlling global operations in Japan. It is coordinated with SCSK’s overseas bases, permitting us to provide global help desk services. We enable globally centralized management, including the operation of shared network or shared system of a corporate group.
