Notice Concerning Delisting of the Company Shares

SCSK Corporation (the “Company”) hereby announces that at an extraordinary shareholders’meeting held on February 9, 2026, a proposition regarding a share consolidation was approved as proposed, and as a result, the Company’s common shares will meet the delisting criteria provided for in the Securities Listing Regulations of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc., and accordingly, will be delisted as of March 12, 2026.
