Our data centers, located in 9 locations in the Kanto and Kansai regions, house some of the nation’s best facilities. We provide IT management services through those centers in the form of outsourcing and disaster recovery (DR) services. In addition, our 13 BPO centers, located in Japan, possess advanced levels of industry know-how and are responsible for high quality contact-center and back-office operations.
We also have three customer service & logistics centers (CLCs), in the Tokyo metropolitan area, that provide one-stop IT and order fulfillment services as Total EC Outsourcing Service to customers engaged in electronic commerce businesses.

SCSK has locally established wholly owned subsidiaries around the world, creating a global network linking the five major regions of Japan, the United States, Europe, China and the rest of Asia. Through this network, SCSK provides system installation, maintenance and operation services at more than 200 locations in 38 countries. We provide a broad range of IT services including global system development, maintenance and operation at each location, as well as support when our customers launch new businesses overseas. In addition, our network infrastructure supports our customers with consistent quality control and optimum IT infrastructure procurement for business establishment and operation anywhere in the world. This support is provided through a joint venture with Dimension Data Group.
With a global network environment, establishing an IT system overseas means also having knowledge about local laws, accounting systems, and business practices. These local requirements can differ significantly from the environment in Japan. By providing IT services to global companies, such as Sumitomo Corporation, SCSK provides optimum system support to suit customers’ requirements, utilizing our abundant experience and expertise gained over our many years in business.
